Our vendor/artist check-ins and set-up will begin on Thursday at 12:00 (noon) until 8:00pm. You may also come Friday from 8am-2pm if you need to, however we are opening to the public at 2pm and you will need to be set up completely by then.
We also request no early-day break downs on Sunday. Break down will start 5pm on Sunday.
When you arrive at the hotel/convention center, you can come through the front or side doors. There will be a check-in desk in the hallway. We’ll have packets with information for each vendor that will contain your passes, and a map with your location. We’ll also have people on hand to help you find your table.
When loading in and out, you may park on the SIDE or BACK of the building. We ask that you please not load and unload in the hotel check-in area (at the front door).
IF you are bringing a car for our car showcase, please bring your car around to the back of the building and we will get your car placed in correct area. Please check-in at the desk as well, so we can get your packet to you!
