Our vendor/artist check-ins and set-up will begin on Thursday at 12:00 (noon) until 8:00 pm. You may also come Friday from 9 am-11 am if you need to, however we are opening to the public at 12 pm and you will need to be set up completely by then. We also request no early-day break downs on Sunday. Break down will start 5 pm on Sunday.
PUBLIC Dealer Hall/Artist Alley and Walk of Fame hours are: Friday 12 pm-6 pm, Saturday 9 am – 6 pm, and Sunday 12 am – 5 pm.
You will be allowed to stay an hour after closing each day to clean/stock and secure your space, and we will open to vendors only, an hour before the public for the same.
Once the dealer hall is locked for the night we will NOT reopen for any reason. This is for the security of all of our vendors and artists. So make sure you take what you need when you leave for the evening, as we will not unlock until the next morning.
We will have a check in table for all vendors/guests/artists at the front door of the convention center. You are welcome to come in through the front, or to enter around the back at the loading docks – but you MUST check in with us to get your information and passes. You can park either in the front parking lot, or in the parking garage for the duration of the con (and if you need to leave to go to your car, you are more than welcome to – just don’t forget your badge!). You can load/unload at either of the two loading docks located at the BACK of the convention center (you will see them, they are visible from the road). You can also use the front entrance to load in.
